Hi! I'm Courtney! Cheese enthusiast, snack stylist, and owner of Joyful Boards.
Back in 2021, I picked up a little hobby making ridiculously over-the-top charcuterie boards for friends and family. My mom (who has always been my biggest hype woman) kept telling me, "You need to make an Instagram. People would actually buy these."
Turns out... she was right.
Joyful Boards kind of blew up overnight. Before I knew it, I was making boards morning, noon, and night. It was the best kind of problem to have... except I was also teaching full-time, and eventually there just weren't enough hours in the day. So, with a very sad heart, I hit pause and spent the last few years making boards only for friends and family.
Fast forward to today: I'm now a stay-at-home mom and I finally have the flexibility to bring Joyful Boards back, and honestly, it's about dang time.
This time around, we're doing things even bigger and better by partnering with our besties at Moody's Butcher Shop. Because if we're putting our name on a board, we're only using ingredients we'd proudly serve at our own table. Our standards are high, our cheese is plentiful, and we're not apologizing for either.
Whether you're celebrating something big, hosting friends, or just looking for an excuse to eat an unreasonable amount of brie (we support that), we're so glad you're here.
